Refund Policy

Absolutely no refunds are provided for pre-recorded training unless the training was purchased by mistake. Training progress reporting more than 1% completion will not be eligible for refunds.

Requests for refunds for accidental purchases must be reported within 1 (one) day of purchase to contact@redteamsecuritytraining.com.
